If you have a Minnesota address, shipping is FREE! If you live anywhere else in the continental US, you'll pay a small shipping fee that varies slightly with the weight of your order.

Typically, we ship out freshly-roasted coffee beans on Fridays. If you place an order by Wednesday, you'll most likely receive your coffee before the end of the week (if you're a Minnesota resident) or early the following week.

Yes! Any unopened bags of coffee or unused merchandise can be returned to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Email hello@kindercoffeelab.com for more information.

Login to your account to manage your subscription. Here you can update your contact details, change your billing info, swap your roasts, change quantities, or cancel your subscription. Things like that!

Yes! Login to your account to swap your subscription roast at any time. We're also happy to do that for you if you prefer! Just email us at hello@kindercoffeelab.com.

As long as you're subscribed!

You'll pay for—and receive—your first month's supply of coffee immediately when you start a subscription. Then, an order will automatically be placed on the same date of each following month that you're subscribed.

Example: If you order coffee on June 12, an order will automatically be placed on July 12, August 12, September 12, etc.
